Virginia Beach Christian Academy offers a rigorous and adaptable curriculum designed to meet each student's unique needs. Academics
Virginia Beach Christian Academy offers a rigorous and adaptable curriculum designed to meet each student's unique needs. Our virtual program provides engaging lessons, personalized instruction, and flexible scheduling to ensure mastery before progressing. Parents and students benefit from a supportive environment that fosters confidence and deep understanding, preparing students for lifelong success. Our graduates have gone on colleges, universities, and trade schools. They have moved into successful careers as professionals in many fields including medicine, the military - both as officers and enlisted personnel, first responders on the fire and police departments, teachers, tradesmen, and a multitude of other careers. Our program prepares them for the life they believe God has called them to and provides the culture of self-discipline, hard work, deep research, and consistent study habits to garner success.
Admissions
Our admission process is simple. Choose the program that meets your needs. If you wish to be more hands-on while schooling your children, guiding them through the day, scoring the easy things, answering the simple questions, the homeschooling program may be for you. If, on the other hand, you want us to do the teaching, scoring, etc. then the adcademy option would be better for you. You will still need to ensure they are sitting down and completing their work each day, but we do the heavy lifting. We also find that families often opt for the academy when their children begin to encounter difficult math concepts that parents have forgotten, or when English papers require numerous comments to teach mechanics, sentence structure, research skills, and citations.
Once you have decided on the program that will work best for your family, contact us and schdule a first phone call. If you decide you want to pursue enrollment, a math and language diagnostic will be provided.
A program specific to your child's needs will be created a placement and plan for success will be provided during our second phone meeting.
At that point, should you decide to enroll, you will be provided with the forms needed for enrollment and we will rejoice with the opportunity to serve your family and travel this journey along side of you.
